2. Free Plan

Our free plan allows users to send unlimited cold emails monthly at no cost. As this service is provided free of charge, there are no monetary transactions involved, and therefore, no refunds are applicable.

3. Paid Plans

For users who subscribe to our paid plans, the following terms apply:

  • Non-refundable Fees: All payments made for paid plans, subscriptions, or any additional services are non-refundable. This includes any fees paid for upgrades, additional features, or renewals.
  • Automatic Renewal: Paid plans may include automatic renewal features. It is the user’s responsibility to manage and cancel their subscriptions before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue the service. No refunds will be issued for automatic renewals.

4. Service Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscriptions to paid plans at any time. However, canceling a subscription does not entitle the user to a refund for any part of the billing cycle that has already been charged. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes
